Logo Design Brief

I need a Logo, I have attached some ideas i had and a picture of the spinner blades I make. I want it to look like it is glowing florescent green. I make fishing lures and supplies. My favorite idea is the one with the nuclear symbol which has the crossed fish hooks. I would like it to be be eye catching and not rigged and traditional. I am ok with real creative ideas.
