Logo Design Brief

I would like the design to be clear and vivid the company name with correct font and coloring is what I prefer the logo to be. Stewart's being larger print and air Servies being smaller print than Stewart's beneath it. Prefer colors being used to be red, grey, and blue. I currently have a franchise I am going to be getting out of. I attached the logo they have. I would like something close to way the franchise logo is. I however will need it to be a little different so I don't have the franchise getting upset.
