T-shirt Design Brief

A design that will go on the front of tee shirt and also on a 2"x2" dash plaque. The design needs to speak to the event-a classic car, big-rig truck and motorcycle show. It is held at beautiful Lake Sonoma and needs to say somewhere:

And if you can utilize some racing flags, that would be great. If not, ok.
