Based on your bigstock images, you appear to specialize in old buildings, is that correct or do you deal in new commercial properties? Please advise as it will effect the overall look.

Good question. it is not old bldgs, but industrial. many of the submissions have utilized images of skyscrapers and other multi-billion dollar properties. I updated the brief with those images to show a better representation of the target property. If you find other industrial bldg images that you would like to use, go right ahead.
