Yes, please confirm: Does this site need to be a fully functioning coded item? Or do you just want a photoshop document (PSD) that can be coded by a web designer later?

OK being a not web/ computer age person - i need it to work. so i am guessing PSD as i want it to be able t up loaded to Server and it will work.

Ah okay, so you need it to be a fully coded webpage. So many clients make this mistake when posting up web design jobs, however due to the fact this mistake IS so common, I'm beginning to think DesignCrowd doesn't have an option for "fully coded and functional webpage" when creating a web design job.

Anyway, if you do indeed need the final design to be a coded, fully functional webpage, I recommend updating the design brief to reflect this.
