Update August 28 2016:
Please incorporate the box with the heart in it in the design (from the attached logo image). We'll use this box with the heart, and the colors as continuous elements in the branding image. If there is a way to use a circle in the image as well, that would be good. Thanks.
Dr. Sharon Livingston is a highly successful researcher and trainer. We need a logo to promote the training side of her business.

I've attached the new logo we're using in her website redesign that we're currently working on. The colors in the attached logo are the colors and "feel" for branding we want for continuity between the segments of the business, overall.
It's important that the brand have continuity between the TLGM website, and the "Dr. Sharon Livingston Live" part of the business. TLGM is about research -- this segment of the business does research for brand marketing for Fortune 100 companies, and is rooted in science, psychology, and analytics.
"Dr. Sharon Livingston Live" is the training division of the company. We do personal development training and training for managers in employee engagement. So this segment is about science and behavior, as well as Law of Attraction sorts of concepts.
It will be important to have color and branding continuity between the two company segments.

The colors are essential. In the past we've used a magnifying glass in images, and find that the use of the circle or the magnifying glass can be very powerful.
