Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a re-branding of a family owned grain manufacturing company that has been in business for 30 years -
Morrison's Custom Feeds. The family owned a retail store that sells livestock grain and pet supplies - Morrison's Feed Bag.
We were hoping for one logo that both companies can use.
We support the needs of farmers and pet owners. I have uploaded our current logo. We feel that this is outdated. Our website is www.morrisonsfeeds.com if you need more inspiration or explanation of what we do.
