Logo Design Brief

Our business proposition is to provide a Chief Media Officer service to clients who can't afford their own permanent media buying specialist within their organisation.
Media agencies are taking advantage of this lack of internal knowledge and marking up a lot of their services and media buys by a significant percentage.
This is primarily happening in the digital media space where technology is making the process much more complicated than previously.
The thinking behind the use of the MOT logo is as follows:
We're both English and the MOT is the test that you have to take to ensure that your car is roadworthy, in other words, a specialist takes a look under the hood to make sure that every thing is in order and working properly.
Our offering is the same but for media, hence the initials stand for Media Operations and Transparency.
Media - The area of advertising where we have a combined 50 years of experience
Operations - We have both managed large media agencies for many years and understand how and why media should be managed.
Transparency - we are able to evaluate the prices paid for different media and determine the level of mark up that has been applied by the agency.

We are also both fans of the English soccer team, Leeds United.

We would like to use their colours as our logo colours - probably using the blue as the background and yellow as the shape within the logo.

We are open to the triangles being fused closer together or made thinner or thicker

Ideally we would like to have both a vertical and horizontal logo. And the logo simply with the MOT and also with Media Operations and Transparency

Requirements

Must have

• We would like to use a combination of the shape from the UK Govt MOT logo (UK Trademarked) - see attached
• Plus the colours from the Leeds United badge - see attached
• We would like the MOT logo with the Logo Text
• Caution, we don't want yellow to be over-powering

Nice to have

• We are open to the triangles being fused closer together or made thinner or thicker
• Ideally we would like to have both a vertical and horizontal logo. And the logo simply with the MOT and also with Media Operations and Transparency

Should not have

• Should not look exactly the same as the UK Govt MOT logo and no mention of Leeds United
