Logo Design Brief

Task:
As part of a redesign of our website we want a text based logo for our firm: INSCALE. We wish the logo to be letter based, so that the logo contains the letters in the firm name. We are open for creative use of letters etc.

Background:
We are a Software Outsourcing provider from Scandinavia, with software development centers in Asia and Eastern Europe. Unlike other outsourcing companies the employees are actually hired permanently by our clients. The result is more loyal and committed developers. As a client you outsource the recruitment, HR, facilitation and legal considerations to us. We have a huge work force available which means that we can quickly provide our clients with the needed workforce, thus keeping the workforce INSCALE.

Design:
We have attached a style guide. The logo in the header is a placeholder.

Requirements :
Preferably there should be room under the logo for a short tag line (2-4 words) that would be written with smaller font. After logo completion we will decide exactly what tag line we desire.
The logo should be usable for website, business cards, roll up banners, brochures as well as other relevant collateral.
