Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new "alternative" real estate investment company that's listed on the London stock exchange.

We're a challenger company, small, new, different.

We don't want to be just another property company, we are combining tech with real estate to create new real estate investment sectors like Peer to Peer lending to real estate, investment in co-living/student accommodation, pop-up store investment.

We like the colors green, amber, blue, yellow, something fresh and bright not dark and dull.

It needs to communicate modern, new, fresh, change, growth, young, exciting, different, not a standard boring investment company logo.

The company is called "Energiser Investments" so the logo and color palette needs to be energising.
