Logo Design Brief

Two 30-something female real estate agents in the suburbs looking for a clean and classy new logo to reflect the 'Real Estate Refined' theme. Prefer black/white/charcoal colour theme...using our last initials 'M' and 'F'. We're thinking along the lines of having our initials within a stamp-type look (burned effect) with the words 'Real Estate Refined' somewhere on the logo.

Looking for something with a little bit of flair & detail.
