Logo Design Brief

I'd like a logo design for my electrical trade business, called 'Bucks Electrical'. Im an Electrician and i am targeting both domestic, and commercial and industrial areas of work, so would like it to appeal to a broad range of people and ages and for it to be relatable. I'd prefer the design to be more focused on the logo design than the business name, even though i would like the name incorporated on a small scale. A simple, modern and aesthetically pleasing design is what I'm after. Colour isn't a focus, but I'm open to it. Id prefer more of a photographic negative effect, white on black. The focal point of the logo would be an open pair of electrical trade pliers.
