Logo Design Brief

Starting a small engineering consulting firm that does mechanical engineering for buildings. Think of pumps, boilers, fans, pipe, ductwork and eventually branching out into electrical and all other systems for buildings. Looking for a logo for letterhead, business cards, etc. to brand with. Something that invokes what I do that is eye pleasing and memorable.
