Logo Design Brief

Hi there, we need a logo for a new company based in Wellington, NZ. The company is for interior and exterior painting and will be expanding into paving and roofing services as well. The company name will play on both the detail involved in the service we provide, but also drawing some relation to military type discipline and professionalism.
we'd like 'The Detail' written in teal or turquoise, and gold wings that are military style wings on either side of the text (i.e military detail).
We would like the text to be similar to 'Edwardian script' and quite elaborate. We'd like the text on two lines, rather than side by side. The wings, we would like to be sharper and more straight to contrast the softness of the text. The gold we are after is a metallic, shiny gold. I've attached one logo we have had done, like the set up of the text and the colours, but they are unable to add the wings. (don't want the crown). I've also attached the wings that we like (the shape and symmetry are most appealing, but not that gold colour). Hope this is detailed enough. Look forward to seeing what you have! :)
