Logo Design Brief

I am a music artiste trying to build my brand. I already have a logo sketch attached which is more or less my visualization for the look so far. If you can redesign it and jazz it up to give it an identity that is somewhat simple and sophisticated at the same time, this would be ideal. My artist name is "ZERO" which, to me means "nothing more, nothing less". The concept I made of this name represents how, we as individuals can have extreme negatives (-) and extreme positives (+) but when it comes to comparing ourselves with others, these strengths and weaknesses cancel each other out and make us all the same thing (0). The name of my site is www.zerothegirl.com. I hope to use my brand identity/appearance for things like my web page, business cards, posters, t-shirts e.c.t. What i need is a logo and appearance that gives my brand a look that represents my music and it's concept. My music can be very mysterious, with sort of a half/light, half/dark essence to it. It can also have a bit of a fantasy side to it (not too heavy though) that gives listeners a feeling that they are partially out of this world and in a limitless place where anything can happen. Most of all, what I think should be highlighted in this artwork is a sense of depth and authentic feeling which my music brings that really hits home with inner emotions.

Attempting to describe exactly how I'd like these designs to turn out hasn't been as easy as i'd thought but I'm hoping that with the creative minds of many, at least a few will capture with their art, something very close to what I have envisioned in my mind. Good luck and thank you. - ZERO

Requirements

Must have

• I would really like for the letters "Z E R O" to be structured the way they are in the logo sketch. The rest is up to your imagination. *Design should have a simple, sophisticated look*

Nice to have

• Colours: White and light grays that are contrasted with undertones of black and dark blues. Also it would be nice if there could be accents of rainbow spectrums.
  Black and white should be the most prominent colors.
  Check the attachments to see some examples of the kind of techniques/styles I would like to be incorporated into the design.

Should not have

• No dull colors accept for black and white
