Looking for someone to model and texture a shopping center using the attached references as a guide. The model will be used to showcase the remodeling of an existing shopping center located here:

The model will be used in a Unity 3D project and would generally prefer the model to be created in 3DSmax to ensure clean imports into Unity. Unity demonstrations are certainly welcome.
The level of detail should be targeted for a mobile device. Consider the "physical" height of the tallest building to be 300mm or around 12 inches tall (Assume this will be an architecture model that would be placed on top of a desk.). So be mindful not to spend too much effort on super fine details less than 5mm. (The Unity project is 1 unit = 1 mm).
The attached "siteplan.pdf" will give you an overhead view of the new remodeled shopping center. It also includes logos that can be extruded for store signage. In addition, some examples of the new facades for their respective store are included. Some sections of the your model will require your improvisation, so you may duplicate facades where necessary. Royalty-free textures may be used.
