Flyer Design Brief

Design a flyer for apartment and condominium complex owners and managers to sell them on allowing Bresco Broadband to install Fiber to the Home in their apartment or condominium buildings or complexes and offering it to their tenants. We will be competing against Cable TV and DSL Internet providers who may already be in the complexes providing Internet services. We need to convince these owners and managers that our service is better and will attract more tenants to their apartment complex, raise rent values, and increase occupancy rates. With condominium buildings, we need to get across that Fiber to the Home will increase the value of their property and provide them with higher speeds and more reliable Internet service.

This flyer will not be used to market to tenants. We will create a totally separate flyer for marketing to tenants or residents of an apartment or condominium building.

Requirements

Must have

• 1) Nice Graphics that goes along with the "Fiber to the Home" "High Speed Internet" themes.
• 2) Stay on point and sell our product.

Nice to have

• 1) Eye catching graphics that represents the Fiber to the Home Product.
• 2) Design look and feel should be able to be applied to other fliers to same audience. For instance, we also sell security camera systems. We will be doing a second separate flyer for security cameras for multi-tenant properties.
• 3) Flyer does not need to have everything in the attached text. Designer may get creative and re-word text.
• 4) Flyer can be front and back of a page if necessary. Flyer does not have to be limited to a single page.

Should not have

• Graphics from our web site. I have included our logo. I am NOT interested in lookign at any flyers that use graphics from our web site such as the rocket man.
