We''d like to guarantee, but we don''t know if your concept is what we''re looking for. We''re very serious, which is why we set a short deadline. This is the only site we''ve listed the project on. We''re just reluctant to guarantee payment when we haven''t seen any designs at all. I guarantee that if a design is submitted that works for us, we will definitely pay.
