Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a online Japanese tea shop based in Melbourne, Australia, called "Jukō". We are going to import premium powdered green tea called "matcha" and maybe other types of teas from Japan and sell them online. We will be selling both ceremonial and cooking-grade matcha. If possible, we would like the logo to include text and a motif. The preferred motif is a tea bowl (chawan) and a tea whisk (chasen), alternatively tea leaf (leaves). The logo should be green in colour (secondary colour is grey) and should convey feelings of freshness, artisanal excellence, modernity and restrained Japanese aesthetics.
