Logo Design Brief

New modern home designer/builder based in Dallas Texas called 'Regal Homes' needs a contemporary, clean, simple and strong logo that stands out as understated luxury to super high end home buyers that want a new home designed and built, detail by detail from the ground up. We build 1 million-2 million dollar homes and want the logo to read very clean and modern. The color schematics we are using in our web design so far have included a lot of white space as well as two tones of brown (color swatches are attached) We would like to keep within a simple design scheme and not look to busy.
