Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based in the Boston, MA area. We are a snow and Ice management company called PlowGuys. We are looking for a very clean but bold design to help us stand out from the competition. We use John Deere Tractors and I would like our logo colors to play off of theirs. We would like to use the Yellow as our main color and Green and Black as our secondary colors. This is a snow company, so some aspect of snow could be incorporated into the logo as well.
