Web Design Brief

I am currently seeking an brand, identity and web design for a new project called Project C. This is a brand new concept from scratch and you have free-reign on the whole design process, taking into account my preference below.

Must include the name "Project C", or "Project C: Or how I changed my Life". Kudos is this forms part of the brands logo

Design that can be easily scaled to potentially include: a blog, timeline and vlogs.

Minimal but effective use of colour (however any colours and combinations permitted

Use of icons/graphics over text wherever possible

Minimal use of frames and borders

• It is in effect a blog design, so about me section, recent blog / archived posts, reader comments / Q and A section.
• A coded design would be appreciated to make my life easier however I have left the design as uncoded as getting the right design matters more to me and I want to keep the project open to as many designers as possible
