Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company based in London called Edrich who provide building maintenance services (this includes trades such as handyman services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical works, decorating etc.) We have always maintained a blue theme on our company signature and I would like to keep to this as I find the colour is neutral and professional. We work on a lot of prestigious London buildings; we want our logo to reflect our professionalism but also make our boring signatures a bit more eye-catching! If we could see some logos that incorporate the London skyline or our industry (building related) that would be fantastic - or both so we can get some ideas! Please see file containing our signature for reference. I'd like to see some logos that perhaps add a small image to this but if you want to change the text (font, sizing etc) altogether, that's no problem.
