Logo Design Brief

Help create a brand for a small time Bicycle workshop.

Logo concept based on "Boneshaker" bicycle popular in the 1860's, also known as a Velocipede.

I have a rough design that arranges the elements I want into the image. Grayscale and not overly detailed or refined. The font I’ve used for the text is The Bartender.

Inspiration includes an 1860's stamped logo from Peace Tools, a downhill rider on a "Clunker" circa 1970's Marin County, a suited gentlemen and Boneshaker, and examples of two Boneshaker bicycles. Refer pictures attached.

Basically I want the bicycle graphic in the centre to be the "drift" action of the modern Clunker, but the action is being performed on the vintage Boneshaker bicycle by a suited gentlemen. The bicycle is viewed sideways, leaning back slightly, and the front wheel is angled forward, thus replicating the drift. The far foot is placed on the ground for balance and the forward foot is placed on the pedal. Note the crank and pedal is on the front wheel of the Boneshaker. Big beard blowing over the shoulder would be cool. The level of detail I would like in this graphic is similar to the bicycle vector art attached.
