Our cherry red 1949 Chevy Panel Wagon with beer taps on the outside cuts quite the scene when cruising into a special event. We pour craft brew and quality wine, root beer for the kids, and coffee/tea on chilly days. We are fun, life-of-the-party people and want to bring that vibe to every event.
Our logo will be painted across the side of the truck, made into stickers, on our business cards, and displayed at wedding fairs...meaning it really has to say who we are!
We will serve weddings, corporate events, food truck parties in the park, and tailgates...so the logo needs to span the markets.
We are 2 married couples - both with children, both currently pregnant, all with strong opinions and a desire to see this be the best.
We are located in Reno, NV--and 20-minutes from Lake Tahoe, which we'll service regularly. Outdoor activities and outdoor events are big here. We are a party town with no shortage of things to do. No matter the season, people are drinking and playing and we want them to think of US each time!
Reno is known as "The Biggest Little City" - a moniker from early 1900's - and that mentality has crept into our business. The "Biggest Little Beer Truck" is the start of our venture, but there may be more mobile beverage pieces in years to come.
We've included some files - these are logos that we like, things we've sketched, photos of the truck, and some preliminary ideas. These are not the end-all, be-all to our designs. We welcome your creative process.
A big piece to this business is the the taps are on the outside of the truck, making the truck a focal piece and the taps, a fun gimmick.
The truck will have white wall tires circa 1949 very soon and we thought that might play well with "mobile" beverages.
The final design should embrace the vintage look of the truck, the beer/wine aspect, the fun vibe of Reno, and be classy enough that it speaks to the bridal industry and wouldn't be unwelcome at an event planning firm.

Requirements
Must have
- A fun vibe along with a classy feel - to pull in those who are having low-key events as well as brides/grooms and wedding planners.
- Wording must read "Biggest Little Beer Truck" and "Mobile Beer & Wine Service".
- ***Font and size for "biggest little beer truck" must be the same.
- ***This is going to be on the side of the truck so that is more important than t-shirts or other items.
Nice to have
- Script for the truck -- with character, but easy to read. Something that ties in to the vintage feel of the truck. Something that translates through image and text. Font that we can use for future pieces like stickers, t-shirts, etc.
- 2 separate fonts - one with more block type lettering and one with script lettering.
Should not have
- Childish feel, cartoon images
