I understand your concern and of course I understand many other designers concerns about guaranteeing a payment but now I reminded him that the money is there to guarantee a payment would mean to guarantee a design . What's the design is put out I can then guarantee them as the winner of the competition there for guaranteeing payment but without a design I cannot guarantee because there's nothing to guarantee and I don't even know if the designer is good so like I told other designer sent me your design proposal if it's good you will be guaranteed to win
