Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Philomath, OR called 'Boxmoden Networks LLC'. We provide high performance/parallel computing development solutions. We provide hosted/co-located hardware for our customers to develop their computationally intensive workloads on. Our focus as a business is giving start-up level customers access to enterprise-grade equipment, environments, and support. We are looking for a logo design involving a lion. The ideal color scheme for this project is one of regal blues, purple, and gold/deeper yellows. We are looking to communicate persistence and attention to detail while instilling a sense of confidence and trust into our customers.

UPDATE 9/8/13:
A couple things to add after seeing all these awesome first submissions. We are looking for a simple logo that uses bold, thick lines and a lion/text that can be separated from each other. The reasoning behind this is so it's easier to reproduce the logo on a variety of medium as we are planning on branding equipment. Color-wise, we're after deep, full-bodied royal blues and purples (think morning glories) with a curry yellow color. If you need a background color to work with our office is painted in Sherwin-Williams 6218 Tradewind. Thanks to everyone who has submitted work so far. Your efforts are truly appreciated.

• A lion.

Nice to have

• Expanding on the lion: Ideally has a mane. Can be surrounded in additional designs, embellishments. Looking for something geometric, boxy, digital (as opposed to flowing lines). More symbolic then some kind of goofy character. please see attached file.

Should not have

• Text additional to the company name. This logo will be used for all of our hosting ventures that may expand out of high performance/parallel hosting.
