Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo design to reflect my business of education and health. I deliver First Aid training to corporate and community groups, families and others within the health industry and I have a background in Nursing. I am based is Victoria, Australia. (Please be aware that Im not sure if legally the design can contain the red cross that is in The Red Cross logo. I think i saw an article stating it is now trademark).
