Logo Design Brief

I require a logo or word mark or combo of both for new Holistic Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Business.
Health coaching is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to develop their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action. Health coaching draws on the principles from positive psychology and appreciative inquiry, and the practices of motivational interviewing and goal setting. In my practice we will focus on balancing life to achieve optimal health and wellness. This process asks my clients to not just look at food as nutrition but to look at the other ways in which they are receiving nourishment through relationships, career and spirituality.
