Logo Design Brief

We are a home automation installation company based in Sydney, Australia.
We design, Install and program home automation systems such a Control4 and Clipsal Cbus.
The photo uploaded is our old logo. I Would like a more clean style logo, professional but modern.
We want the logo to represent a small-mediumsize company that is advanced in technology, but keeping it generally simple.

I have uploaded two designs that i do really like.
