Invitation Design Brief
I am in need of a digital invitation. My company is called Key Information Systems (KeyInfo for short) and we sell enterprise hardware and infrastructure to companies. Think data center, servers, cloud computing and high tech stuff. We are partners with some of the largest corporations in the world like IBM, HPE & Cisco.
We are hosting an event at the Angels vs. Redsox baseball game on 7/29/2016. IBM is co-sponsoring the event. Therefore, the theme of this invite needs to be baseball and SPACE. That's right, outer space, like planets, galaxies and rocketships. As a company we have this whole space thing going on, so I need to incorporate the 2.
I also apologize in advanced for the long list below!
There are a few mandatory things I would need on the invite listed below:
1. Must have the KeyInfo and IBM Business Partner Logo. Please do not use the normal 8 bar IBM logo you are most likely used to seeing. It must be the Business Partner logo attached.
2. Date: 7/29/2016 | Time: 5:00pm | Location: Angel Stadium | 2000 Gene Autry Way Anaheim, CA 92806
3. Topic: IBM Cleversafe - Storage Beyond Scale. Join us and learn how you can turn storage challenges into business advantage with powerful object storage solutions. If you want to learn more about Cleversafe or need more catchy phrases to fill space visit www.cleversafe.com.
4. Registration button that pops out and is easy to see and understand
5. Invite must be 600px in width and maximum of 1500px height.
6. Please create the invite in block sections. I have included 2 examples of what I mean with the Pelican Hill and Dodgers game invite. You will notice there are 4 splices that come together to create the whole invite. The email program I will load the images into is not very customizable. I have to load the invite in sections so I can link the part with the registration button properly.
7. Please make sure to highlight the Angels vs. RedSox game as this is our attention grabber to have people come to the event!
