Logo Design Brief
We need a Logo design for a new business focusing on business services including leadership coaching, training and speaking engagements. The business name is "Intentional Leadership Partners, LLC". I am looking for designs that convey concepts of any of the following: leadership, empowerment, partnership, valued consulting, or a combination. My business will make use of materials and a certification on the John Maxwell team. Creative liberty on the logo text can include the full business name, or variations (e.g. iLeadership Partners, acronyms - iLp, etc.).

Nice to have
- I would like to see something like an eagle with spread wings (reference Isaiah 40:31) - possibly "holding up" the business names (meaning the business name appears above the wings - maybe in a cloud or shaded pattern above the wings). I'll provide some very crude examples of ideas I have had in an uploaded attachment.
