Logo Design Brief

I need a logo reworked for my new BBQ sauce business.
The theme is Heavy Metal BBQ sauce. The current logo is based off a Metallica design. II need the logo reworked. It has a Metallica-esque motif already established, this needs to be maintained for brand identity, but can be expanded upon, or made more subtle.

Motorbreath is a spicy BBQ sauce.
My brand is a Heavy metal spicy BBQ sauce.

Skulls OK
Flames, try to avoid, but maybe ok in the right context.
It should be tough, but not overtly masculine. It should appeal to both sexes.

This project will likely be followed up by a label design contest.
