Thank you guys for the designs so far. I am feeling like I would like to see something a little more contemporary and not so formal. This is a internet startup and while we are dealing with all types of real estate purchases $, I want people to feel that this is new and cutting edge. Hopefully this makes some sense. Thanks again for your efforts so far.

Thank you again for all of your efforts and submissions. The font are really throwing me. Please go back and find a font that fits our online/startup world. modern fresh. the logo could be all lowercase, maybe capital M and K, I am not feeling all caps for the company name. Uber has a unique font in their name and it is really clean. I have updated the brief with some additional comments. You might want to quickly review.
