  • Hello. I have a simple but important question that was not very clear to me. Do you want your new logo carry the " Die Kunst des Lachelns" and "Vollkeramik& Implantatprothetik" phrases?

While I understand that the copyright of the coloured and black / white blazon is yours, and we can use it (or parts of it) for creating the logo designs proposals, I have to let you know that you should upload a vector ai / eps file for that, because this we can''t use the jpg file only if we trace it.. manually tracing give the best results but this blazon requires a tremendous amount of work, and still the results may differ from the original picture.
Providing the ai or eps files for the blazon would be greatly appreciated.

dear sir,


I recently got informed that you awarded me 1st place for the "logo for dental laboratory" submission. DesignCrowd told me I would receive payment within 3 to 5 working days (once they or you have checked and approved my files). Since I already got this email 2 weeks ago but still didn''t receive any of the money, I now was wondering what took them so long. Not only did I sent various emails to DesignCrowd that haven''t been responded, I also called two days ago and talked to a lady that made note of my problem and assured me of someone calling me back soon. This didn''t happen either, so I wanted you to ask them as well please?
