Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for business directory where businesses submit their information and get reviewed by clients for the services they provided. Business can submit their business, deals and post jobs. The website is around for 4-5 years but recently expanded to other section like deals and jobs. Similar businesses to us in some ways would be groupon, yelp, yellowpages and foursquare. The logo has to show that people can review any business and all business will be excepted to the directory. Including they can get discounts on products and services and find jobs. Plus it is a social network for end users.
People can like the businesses and suggest to friends and earn points for each activity and redeem towards prizes or cash it out towards deals.
