T-shirt Design Brief

We are about to mark our 10th anniversary in business and I am looking for a fun shirt for employees to wear as well as sell or give away to customers. I prefer black shirts with one or who color screen print. Our website is www.greatscottspizza.com I've included a picture of the back of our last shirt design. I use alot of gray, black, and orange (sometime dark red too) in my marketing.
