Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a car show. This is the first of an annual car show in memory of the late Dr. David Bresler. The name of the car show is "Doc's Rock the Block Car Show." The logo should include the title and sketches/drawings/caricatures of the pictures attached. "Doc Bresler" was a pediatric dentist in the Philadelphia area know for his out of the box marketing ideas including restoration of old cars into marketing vehicles. He attended many car shows displaying the collection of 10+ automobiles. Also, could have some musical notes or speakers etc...
