Logo Design Brief

I need the attached sketch to be recreated and cleaned up. I want the logo to look like the sketch so no creativity needed for this project. The lettering must be the attached picture of the blue font exactly (very strict about that). Also the color of blue in the lettering and the blue in the logo should be from this palette:
