Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company called "Greencakes". Our company focuses on supplying baked goods (cupcakes, muffins, snacks, etc.) to people with special dietary needs. One idea we had for the logo design was to have a stamp like logo, a cupcake viewed from the top, with a cream swirl that reads "G" or "GC", but feel free to explore other forms. We would like mint colour to be one of the main colours in the design, as we hope it will represent the brand later on. And because we would like to reach a wider audience we would like a logo design that is more on the sophisticated side, rather than cute.
