Logo Design Brief

My organisation has two companies. One is a training organisation that has been going for 6 years - it is called NQ Powertrain and I have attached it's logo. The new company I have started is called PowerTRAINED - essentially it is a labour hire company for predominantly the agriculture industry (bananas, blueberries, pawpaws, sugar), hospitality, tourism and business administration. Our business model is that the staff we source for labour hire has been trained to Australian National Standards by NQ Powertrain. I would like the logo to the new company to have a synergy with the existing NQ Powertrain logo so that people identify the new company with the existing one.
