T-shirt Design Brief

So the idea is a patch design for a short comedy. The patch is for the Australian Mail service. It will go on the back of a leather bike jacket. THe Idea I want is for the words "Australia" to be at the top and "Mail" to be at the bottom and in the middle an envelope with a flaming tail. I'm thinking a similar design to the look of the sons of anarchy patch. The design style should be like a biker design but I don't want it to detract from the audience being able to read and clearly understand the visuals. The quality should be good enough that in can fit the size of 400m x 400m.
