Logo Design Brief

We are a small real estate property management company in Costa Rica. The 506 is the Costa Rica area code. We are interested in a logo that is easy to remember for our clients. Something fairly simple in look, including the Alliance concept (it could be just an A, the full word, or just something that reminds of alliance) and the 506 number. It could include a house, in order to remind of the property management aspect, however, it is not necessary.
