• Mortgage 1- 200,000 with 30 year amortization at 3.89% is $915.16 a month house paid off in 30 years
  
  Mortgage 2 - 240,000 with 30 year amortization at 3.89% is $1102.89 if you had installed solar panels and put money earned each year down on mortgage your house would be paid off in 15 years 6 months and you would still be making money in last 5 years.
