Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a real estate company that not only sells real estate but renovates dilapidated homes to beautify the community. Our focus in on luxury/high end homes. Our last name is Toro which means "bull" in Spanish. We would like the logo to incorporate a bull or bull's head. We are open to creative genius but envision a negative space logo where the bull's head is acting as the body and arms of a man who is holding up a house. (see attached files). We would like the color scheme to be in black, gray, and white. Our signature on our renovated homes is a blue door so we'd like that color included as a tiny accent as well (the door on the house in the logo to be the blue color..?)
