Character Design Brief
I am looking for an animated figure/person/character made from the elements of the Chicago city flag (four red stars and two light blue stripes - Google "Chicago flag" to see an image) that can be used on tshirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. The figure will be produced in the future participating in several activities, such as biking, running, sailing, volleyball, etc. As an example, maybe the four stars make up his body and the blue stripes are his arms. I want a very simple design, almost like a stick figure.
