Web Design Brief

I want to get a better website for a small high end remodeling and construction company

I currently have a web site but you will find that it is not good.

We are a high end construction / remodeling company that has been in business since 2003. We primarily work in the mid peninsula of the bay area. Most of our clientele are very educated captains of industry. This group is still the target client.
I had my logo designed by Design Crowd a few years ago and I do like it, I like the orange and black or orange a blue. I don’t have a lot of content on hand as far as professional photographs.
Number of pages not sure and are open to: design pages vs full function website
I think what I am after is a web presence that will seal the deal as we are getting high referrals from past clients.
