I need a total of 9 illustrations for my consultancy business. The illustrations are a mix of icons, models, and a storyline:
1 flagship illustration: the What-How ecosystem
3 icons in a story line
1 model about cascading targets / granularity
4 icons showing my services
Lesson One is supporting leaders in translating strategies into actionable projects, leading projects, and turning projects into results. I have just released the book 'Leadership: Lesson One', which is about the fundamentals about leadership (www.lesson.one).

Must have
- A look and feel matching the design of the book and existing logo.
- Simplicity and a shoft touch in it's expression without beeing childish.
- Colours to be kept in black and blue directions. Keep the total number of colours to a minimum.
Nice to have
- The more self-explanatory graphics, the better.
- Very open for fresh thinking on
- - the WHAT-HOW symbol
- - the 4 icons with services, birds have a nice link to the logo, but are not mandatory
Should not have
- Lots of colour.
- Text. No text in the final elements, as I will add this later in different languages.
