Web Design Brief

I am in need of a website for my 5 bedroom guest house in the Cayman Islands.
I have operated this guest house for almost three years. As the sites I am currently located on have raised their charges over the past year; I have decided to host my own site.
The site should reflect island retreat type style. With Tropical, ocean colors
Here are the core requirements I can think of.
• A comprehensive vacation rental web site
• Multiple languages if possible
• Pictures & video – of property, what’s close & the island
• Property description
• Reservation/Booking calendar.
• Information on where to go
• Social media links, such as a FaceBook & Instagram
• Shared moments - Event, celebration and guest photos
• Reviews page
• Rates
• Email interaction/Messaging
• Credit card processing… (Be able to securely hold the credit card information to manually process using a credit card machine (Within 24 hours)
I have already started a site on GoDaddy but got lost so once agreed I would hand over the codes as they would also be hosting the site.

Info on the house:

This spacious vacation home is a 5 minute walk away from West Bay Public Beach and has a supermarket across the street. A small shopping plaza with a bank, pharmacy and 24 hour Subway is a one minute walk away. No car? No problem! The public bus stops right in front of the house, runs along Seven Mile Beach and on to George Town. Take a 5 minute bus ride to Camana Bay; an outdoor mall with restaurants, shops, Cineplex and home to the islands only observation tower.

The home boasts a fully loaded kitchen with granite counter tops, six burner gas stove, large capacity refrigerator and two dishwashers perfect for feeding a large family or group.
State of the art media room with a 73 inch high definition television, PS3, complete surround sound and plush recliners providing hours of entertainment.
Downstairs, the master suite has a comfortable memory foam king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a granite double vanity and whirlpool tub. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Downstairs also has a cozy Queen bedroom and a serene King bedroom that shares a full bathroom. There’s an additional half-bath for added convenience.
The upstairs is a spacious double Queen bedroom and a double Full bedroom that shares a bathroom. In total the house sleeps up to 14 people very comfortably.
The screened in back porch can be accessed from the media room, downstairs Master bedroom and Queen bedroom. It’s the ideal escape to enjoy the fresh Cayman breeze without the insects.
To spare you the hassle of laundry; we’ve even provided two washers and two dryers! Leaving you more time for the beach.
For the vacation Mom, no need to worry, we have a full size crib, Pack-N-Play Play pen, 2 full size high chairs and a car seat!
