Logo Design Brief

ShowShots Photography specializes in a wide range of Equine images - Showjumping, Showing, Dressage, mares, foals, stallions etc. I would envisage a logo that can also serve as a watermark. I sell images on my website and need to watermark them to prevent theft but I need the watermark to allow the potential purchaser to examine the image too - so not to crowded or overpowering but not easy to remove either. Images I use for promotion will use my logo in a corner. I have included a sample (among the documents below), of a watermark I admire belonging a friend of mine at Fast Track Photography. It is simple, allows the viewer to see the image, and the lines convey a sense of movement.

• An equine graphic - memorable, imaginative use of text

Nice to have

• An indication of some flowing movement

Should not have

• No cameras or open shutter reference please - that idea has been done to death in the small pool of photographers I work with. Imaginative use of the word 'Photography' would work better
